Terms and Conditions

Service Usage Agreement

Before commencing any project, it’s essential to understand the terms and conditions that govern our collaboration.

These Highlighted Terms outline important aspects of our working relationship, covering project urgency, timelines, revisions, payment terms, and more.

By familiarizing yourself with these terms, we can ensure a smooth and transparent process as we bring your vision to life.
01.

Urgent
Projects

Projects classified as “Urgent”; Will be charged at double the standard rate. As I will have to drop whatever I am doing for other clients to complete yours instead. The payment terms in this case-scenario, require full payment immediately after delivery of finished products.

03.

Last-minute
Projects

Projects requiring expedited completion or initiated with short notice will be subject to a 50% surcharge on top of the standard rate. This additional fee reflects the need to prioritize and allocate immediate resources to meet the accelerated timeline.

02.

Projects during
Public Holidays

Projects scheduled during public holidays will incur a surcharge, calculated at double the standard fixed rate. This adjustment accounts for the increased demand and potential disruption to regular workflow during holiday periods.

04.

Overnight Projects
& Extra Hours

Projects necessitating work outside of standard business hours, including overnight tasks, will incur an additional charge of $35 USD per hour on top of the total cost. This supplementary fee compensates for the extended availability and dedication required to accommodate non-traditional work schedules.

05.

Design
Iterations Limit

Upon selecting a design direction, clients are allotted a maximum of 5 iterations per design within any category. Exceeding this limit incurs an extra charge of $40 USD per new iteration, ensuring efficient project progression while accommodating additional revisions beyond the initial scope.

07.

Payment
Terms

Unless otherwise agreed upon, a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project.

06.

Financial
Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for covering any associated bank charges, tax deductions, or PayPal transfer fees incurred during payment transactions.

08.

Cancellation
Policy

In the event of project cancellation after commencement, a cancellation fee may apply based on the percentage of work completed. This fee covers time and resources invested up to the point of cancellation.
